Humanitarian crises continue to grip the world and have led to widespread and protracted displacement. In the past decade alone, forced displacement in the MENA region has risen from an estimated 3.5 Million to over 12.5 million people. Governments and hosting communities have felt the strain of ongoing conflict, climate and environmental disasters and the arrival of large numbers of persons forced to flee. All those affected, rely heavily on humanitarian organizations to help address immediate and life-saving needs, often in fragile and insecure locations.
KDC draws on over 35 years of international humanitarian experience to link governments, international and non-governmental organizations with employment candidates of needed skills, expertise, language and cultural understanding.
Our vision is a future where all displaced people are living hand in hand with the host communities, benefit from and contribute to the local economy. They are an integral part of the humanitarian ecosystem as those supporting them.
